Schools Required to Certify VR16 for 2018-19
The school year(s) identify the year(s) in which school districts budgeted up to 15 percent of their federal IDEA funds to provide Coordinated Early Intervening Services (CEIS) to directly or indirectly benefit school-age students without disabilities. School districts are required to provide a program service record (code “5753”) for each student for each school year in which they budgeted IDEA federal funds for CEIS. All school districts on the list below must review and certify their data displayed in VR16 by logging into the PD Data System at http://pd.nysed.gov. The VR16 report will be under the 2018-19 school year, under End-of-Year reports.
*Please note the 2018-19 CEIS list is pending the addition of districts that voluntary allocated IDEA funds for CEIS activities in 2018-19.
