This memorandum includes important information regarding federal IDEA, Part B flow-through funds for section 611 (for students with disabilities ages 3-21) and section 619 (for students with disabilities ages 3-5) for the 2010-2011 program year consistent with §4410-b of the New York State Education Laws.
