nySTART		 INFORMATIONAL NOTE: Last submission of data to Level 2 prior to 2010-11 School Year data freeze*. Data must be loaded to Level 2 by 11:59 PM Friday, September 30th. Data warehouse will be reopened for 2011-12 data in Fall 2011.

*Special Ed snapshot and Event data may still be loaded, providing that the related demographic, enrollment and program services data have already been loaded prior to the freeze.

These data must be certified no later than October 7, 2011 (see Data Certification page).

10/15/2011 nySTART nySTART will be offline from 9am to 3pm on Saturday, 10/15. Although this is outside posted business hours (6am to 9pm M-F) this information is being posted as a courtesy.
10/24/2011 ALL Postponed: The Level 2 warehouse opens to accept 2011-12 SY data. (Previously scheduled for 10/17/2011.)

11/16/2011 IRS Portal Postponed release: Lag in release of UIAS reports (Disappearing Students, False Dropouts, False Transfers Across Years and Simultaneous Enrollments). Level 2 warehouse not open for loading 2011-12 SY data until 10/24/2011; to allow time for L1s to establish 2012 LEAs and migrate 2012 data.
