ARP ESSER Sustainability and Support

The ARP ESSER Sustainability and Support team exists to support school districts in the creation and maintenance of sustainability plans specific to the continuation of ARP ESSER funded activities after the fiscal cliff in Fall 2024. Our mission is to ensure that districts have the technical assistance, support, and resources needed to make informed and data-driven decisions about the current and future needs of their students and their communities, while also preserving their fiscal solvency. While our focus is on ARP ESSER funded programs and their sustainability, the work necessitates a comprehensive and holistic view of an LEA’s resources, strengths, and growth opportunities. Our team is available to provide technical assistance to LEAs. Areas of assistance include, but are not limited to:

  • Best Practices
  • Financial Sustainability
  • Identifying Alternate Sources of Funding
  • Identifying One-Time Expenses
  • Advising on FS-10 Amendments
  • Program Analysis and Sustainability

  • If you are interested in collaborating with our team, please contact us at ARPHELP@nysed.gov
