Data Collection for 2016-17 School Year Incidents

Data Collection Period: SSEC incident data may be submitted to the Department via the SED Online Portal beginning June 26, 2017. Data submissions must be completed by July 21, 2017.

Important Note on EARLY REPORTING: Schools that have been directed to do so by the Department must submit the Violent and Disruptive Incident Report (VADIR) by July 10, 2017.  The report must be submitted to the Department using the NYSED Application Business Portal.

Data Collection Process: Data should be submitted to the Department using the the NYSED Application Business Portal. Directions on how to log-on to the Business portal and access the BEDS/IMF/School Safety data-entry application can be found here.
